How do you put a lawyer's work in a form, without making the form feel like a lawyer's work?
LegalMente AI is a legal platform for founders in the United States. It forms LLCs and corporations, drafts and reviews documents, and answers legal questions through Para™, an AI paralegal that sits inside the product rather than in a help widget.
We joined on the updates round: UI/UX design and interface concepts for the parts of the product where a user either finishes the task or gives up.

(01) ABOUT THE PROJECT
What does incorporation look like when the person doing it has never done it before?
Forming a company is four decisions wearing forty fields. The wizard names them out loud — Entity, Details, Pricing, Payment — and keeps that progress bar on screen the whole way, so the user always knows how much is left. Entity type and state come first because everything downstream depends on them; principals and addresses come second; the money comes third, itemised to the cent, with state fees and registered agent shown separately from the package so nothing arrives as a surprise at checkout.
Para™ travels with the user. The same assistant bar sits at the foot of every wizard step, so a question about member-managed versus manager-managed is answered where it is asked, without abandoning the form. In the full chat it keeps its own history and prompt library, cites its sources, shows the running estimate of legal cost saved, and ends every answer with the door to a human attorney.
(02) PROJECT GOALS
Let a first-time founder finish an incorporation without leaving the flow to look anything up.
Give the platform's other surfaces — orders, cost centres, template library, document preview — the same grammar, so the product reads as one tool and not four.
The interface stops being a form the moment the answer is already inside it.
