PROJECT
How do you turn commissioning a photo shoot into something an agent can do from a phone, between showings?
Array shoots real estate media along the Florida panhandle for agents at Corcoran, eXp Realty, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices and Coldwell Banker. Booking used to be a phone call and a back and forth about the address, the square footage and what was actually needed. We built the site around an ordering flow instead.
The visitor picks the property, the services and a slot, and the order arrives priced and scheduled. Square footage drives what the shoot costs, so the number is right before anyone commits. Around it sits the catalogue — photography, videography, 3D tours and add-ons — and a gallery of finished work that does the selling.

ABOUT THE PROJECT
What did we deliver, and what did it take to put an ordering system inside a portfolio?
The site is built in Webflow, with the service catalogue, the work gallery and the customer stories all running off CMS collections, so the team publishes a new package or a new listing without touching a layout.
The booking flow is the hard half: five steps — address, services, scheduling, contact, confirm — with address lookup, square-footage pricing and real availability. It has to be quick on a phone, because that is where an agent books.

PROJECT GOALS
Turn a phone call into a five-step online order that arrives priced, scheduled and complete.
Let the team publish services, galleries and customer stories themselves, without a developer in the loop.
Array now takes bookings the way a software product does, on a site that still reads like a portfolio. The work sells the service, the catalogue explains it and the booking flow closes it — which is what a media company needs when its clients are agents working between showings.
